Timberline Windsor | Storehouse: Generosity Takes Practice | Blake Barnes
Series: Storehouse
November 01, 2026 | Blake Barnes
Financial worry can easily consume our thoughts and steal our peace, but Jesus invites us to live differently. In Matthew 6, He reminds us that our security isn't found in how much money we have, but in trusting our Heavenly Father to provide for our needs. As we continue our Storehouse series, we discover that generosity is more than giving money—it's a spiritual practice that helps free our hearts from worry and greed while deepening our dependence on God.
Generosity doesn't happen automatically; it grows through intentional practice. By learning to give first, consistently, sacrificially, and cheerfully, we begin to shift our focus from what we have to what God can do through us. When we trust Him with our resources, we discover the freedom and joy of living generously and participating in His work in the world.
