Accounts Payable
We are looking for a part-time team member who is detail oriented, has a mind for systems and processes, and can interact well with our staff and large pool of vendors. If you are able to thrive in a fast paced environment but can also take time to care for the individual, you may be a great fit! This position compiles and maintains accounting records for all payable systems. This includes working with vendors, service providers, and staff to reconcile department store credit cards, pay invoices, and process request forms by writing checks and using electronic payment methods. They are ultimately responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is a creative, energetic, and organized team member with the ability to drive day-to-day communication initiatives and represent the Timberline brand internally and externally. We're looking for a Ministry Assistant who is passionate about discipling students in their walk with Christ and mentoring them as they walk through the day-to-day of life. The Ministry Assistant also works closely with our volunteer student and adult leaders, coaching them in their leadership of their various groups.
