The Associate to the Senior Pastor provides high-level support and serves as an extension of the Senior Pastor across both campuses. The U COUNT Marketplace Ministry Assistant plays a key role in advancing the mission of U COUNT by providing leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight of the Marketplace. This individual will cultivate partner relationships, guide and support volunteers, and help ensure the Marketplace runs smoothly and effectively. We are seeking someone with a heart for the marginalized, strong relational and organizational skills, and eager to make a tangible impact through both ministry and marketplace.

Childcare Worker - Windsor Campus
The Windsor Childcare worker will provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean, and efficient care to our children. Ministry responsibilities include playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and relating the events of the day to the lesson and theme in words the child can understand.
