The Windsor Campus Pastor provides pastoral leadership and organizational oversight to ensure Timberline Church’s mission, values, and culture are fully embodied at the Windsor campus. This role champions spiritual vitality, unity, and relational warmth while fostering strong collaboration with the Fort Collins campus and Senior Pastor. The pastor leads weekend experiences, supports staff and ministry teams, and cultivates a thriving, discipleship-focused community. As a key connector in the Windsor community, this leader helps extend Timberline’s presence, impact, and “one church, multiple locations” vision.
We're looking for a Student Ministry Assistant who is passionate about discipling students in their walk with Christ and mentoring them as they walk through the day-to-day of life. The Student Ministry Assistant also works closely with our volunteer student and adult leaders, coaching them in their leadership of their various groups. We are looking for someone who is relational, compassionate, and is excited to see students grow confident in their faith.
