Childcare Worker
We're looking for someone to provide nurturing, safe, and secure care to our TimberKids, infants to 5th grade. Ministry responsibilities include leading children in activity, worship, story, and craft, playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and presenting the lesson and theme in words the child can understand.
Elementary Director
God is moving in the next generation, and it starts with the K-5th graders filling the rooms at our weekend Timberkids gatherings. Timberline Church is seeking an Elementary Director to build and lead a team of Timberkids volunteers, oversee curriculum and programs, and create an environment where excellence and safety meet the centrality of Jesus, all within our NextGen ministry model spanning birth through high school graduation. Facilities Team Member
The Facilities Team Member is responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the Timberline Church facilities. Through daily involvement in the set-up and tear-down of multiple event rooms, the Facilities members are key participants to the success of Timberline Church events and activities. Student Ministries High School Director

Worship Director - Windsor Campus
The Worship Director is responsible for shepherding the worship team and the congregation in an authentic and vibrant expression of worship. Partnering alongside staff and volunteers, the Worship Director utilizes their experience, training, and passion to lead, disciple, and develop those entrusted to their care.
This role places a high priority on identifying, equipping, and mentoring leaders across generations and diverse backgrounds— cultivating both spiritual growth and practical skill development. Beyond facilitating excellent and meaningful worship gatherings, the Worship Director is committed to developing and multiplying leaders while investing in people, fostering a culture where individuals are empowered to grow personally, serve effectively, and step into leadership with confidence and maturity.
