Executive Ministry Assistant
The Executive Ministry Assistant to the Senior Pastor provides high-level support and serves as an extension of the Senior Pastor across both campuses. This role includes weekend availability, attending meetings, managing communication flow, and representing the Senior Pastor when delegated. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, discreet, and comfortable in fast-paced ministry environments. This position plays a key role in strengthening leadership presence, operational clarity, and pastoral effectiveness at Timberline Church.
Windsor Campus - Pastor
The Windsor Campus Pastor provides pastoral leadership and organizational oversight to ensure Timberline Church’s mission, values, and culture are fully embodied at the Windsor campus. This role champions spiritual vitality, unity, and relational warmth while fostering strong collaboration with the Fort Collins campus and Senior Pastor. The pastor leads weekend experiences, supports staff and ministry teams, and cultivates a thriving, discipleship-focused community. As a key connector in the Windsor community, this leader helps extend Timberline’s presence, impact, and “one church, multiple locations” vision.
Windsor Campus - Childcare Worker
The Windsor Childcare worker will provide safe, secure, nurturing, clean, and efficient care to our children. Ministry responsibilities include playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and relating the events of the day to the lesson and theme in words the child can understand. Windsor Campus - Media Director
The Media Director, in collaboration with the Worship Director, Campus Pastor, and corresponding department(s) at other campuses, will be responsible for planning, curating, executing, and producing the weekend services at the Timberline’s Windsor campus. They will serve as the primary Producer for weekend services, as well as the point person for any and all media related needs at the campus.
Windsor Campus - Student Ministry Assistant
We're looking for a Student Ministry Assistant who is passionate about discipling students in their walk with Christ and mentoring them as they walk through the day-to-day of life. The Student Ministry Assistant also works closely with our volunteer student and adult leaders, coaching them in their leadership of their various groups. We are looking for someone who is relational, compassionate, and is excited to see students grow confident in their faith. Worship & Media Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant role will serve the Worship Pastor, Media Director, and Worship/Media departments to administratively support a wide variety of needs across both ministries. This part-time role at Timberline’s Fort Collins campus will assist in organizing and executing administrative processes in both departments.
