We're looking for someone to provide nurturing, safe, and secure care to our TimberKids, infants to 5th grade. Ministry responsibilities include leading children in activity, worship, story, and craft, playing with the children or directing their play, reading to them, praying with children, exhibiting patience and love, and presenting the lesson and theme in words the child can understand.

Senior Pastor Associate
The Associate to the Senior Pastor provides high-level support and serves as an extension of the Senior Pastor across both campuses. This role includes weekend availability, attending meetings, managing communication flow, and representing the Senior Pastor when delegated. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, discreet, and comfortable in fast-paced ministry environments. This position plays a key role in strengthening leadership presence, operational clarity, and pastoral effectiveness at Timberline Church.

Pastor - Windsor Campus
The Windsor Campus Pastor provides pastoral leadership and organizational oversight to ensure Timberline Church’s mission, values, and culture are fully embodied at the Windsor campus. This role champions spiritual vitality, unity, and relational warmth while fostering strong collaboration with the Fort Collins campus and Senior Pastor. The pastor leads weekend experiences, supports staff and ministry teams, and cultivates a thriving, discipleship-focused community. As a key connector in the Windsor community, this leader helps extend Timberline’s presence, impact, and “one church, multiple locations” vision.
Student Ministry Assistant - Windsor Campus
We're looking for a Student Ministry Assistant who is passionate about discipling students in their walk with Christ and mentoring them as they walk through the day-to-day of life. The Student Ministry Assistant also works closely with our volunteer student and adult leaders, coaching them in their leadership of their various groups. We are looking for someone who is relational, compassionate, and is excited to see students grow confident in their faith.
