The tasks for this volunteer position include welcoming guests with a friendly smile and conversation, assisting with simple beverage setup, keeping the coffee station clean, stocked and organized, helping new visitors feel comfortable and answering basic questions, assisting with setup before the Saturday service and cleanup afterward the last service on Sunday.
The time commitment for this position is as follows:
A Team serves 1st & 3rd weekends (and an occasional 5th weekend)
B Team serves 2nd & 4th weekends
Hosting Times
Saturday Service: 3:30-5:15 (including small cleanup)
Sunday 1st Service: 7:45am - 8:45am
Sunday 2nd Service: 9:15am - 10:15am
Sunday 3rd Service: 11:00am - 11:45am (Including clean up)
Volunteers for this position would be passionate about serving others, making others feel welcome, and enjoying a meaningful way to serve the church.
Volunteers would be friendly, approachable and have a welcoming personality, have good communication and basic people skills, be reliable and punctual.
