Middle School Leader - Windsor

The volunteer for this position would participate in and help lead a grade level small group (i.e. 7th grade boys) on Wednesday nights, attend TSM service during the 10:00 service on Sundays and have contact work outside of TSM with students (attending their games and concerts, making opportunities for your small group to hang out outside of TSM times).
The time commitment for this position is Sunday morning during the 10:00 AM service, Wednesday night from 6:15 pm to 8:00 pm during the school year, and one Monday night a month for leader trainings.
The volunteer for this position should be passionate about mentorship/discipleship, talking about Jesus, fellowship, friendship, and fun.
Skills needed would include willingness to hang out with kids, love of Jesus and active spiritual practices in their life.
