Women's Car Show - Concession Lead

This role involves working with the car show leadership team to set the menu and pricing, shopping for concession items, and organizing and training volunteers for setup, sales, and teardown on the day of the event.
It starts about one month to two weeks before the show, with volunteers recruited through MVP.
The leader will either shop for items or delegate that task, train volunteers early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am) on setup, using Square equipment for sales, and handling cleanup.
The sale usually wraps up around 1:00pm.
Strong people skills, a cheerful attitude, and good organization are key, along with motivating volunteers.
A passion for Jesus and foster kids is required, as well as the ability to work well with all kinds of people and stay calm in public settings.
The leader must be capable of shopping for supplies and training others on using Square for transactions.
