Women's Car Show - Check in/Registration and Staging Leader

This role involves working with the car show admin to create registration and ID cards. The group leader will train team members to assist with check-in and staging.
Involvement begins one month to two weeks before the event and attending the pre-show walkthrough is recommended.
On the day of the show, the job starts at 6:30 a.m. and continues until the event wraps up.
A passion for welcoming people and keeping records organized is key, along with a friendly attitude.
The leader should have a clear vision for staging, be able to train volunteers in procedures, and oversee accurate record keeping.
