Lighting Control
Adult
This volunteer opportunity will help create an atmosphere where people can encounter God. As a lighting operator, you will control stage and house lights during services and events. This will help guide focus, set the mood, and enhance worship. No experience? No problem. We will train you! If you love creativity, tech, or making a difference behind the scenes, this is for you.
The time commitment for this position is:
Saturday - 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Sunday - 7:30am - 12:30pm
The volunteer for this position should be passionate about creating meaningful worship experiences, using technology to support ministry, serving behind the scenes with excellence, helping people focus on God, not distractions, being part of a creative, mission-driven team, and learning and growing in technical skills.
Skills or abilities needed include attention to detail, basic computer or tech skills, have a willingness to learn - no experience required, but a teachable heart is essential, good timing and focus, have a team player mindset and being able to remain calm under pressure.
A background check is required.
