Primetimer - Volunteer Coordinator

This position will follow up on all volunteer referrals and determine best fit and placement for volunteers. They will be aware and informed regarding all volunteer needs, refer best fit for volunteers to those areas of need, follow up with volunteers as how referral and placement is going, redirect volunteer if initial placement is not a good fit and will annually follow up thank you correspondence
The time commitment for this position varies by season of events, activities and ministry involvement. Time will be approximately 8 hours/week.
The volunteer for this position should be passionate about helping people find the role God has called them to!
Skills needed include determination and ability to follow through with effective administration and processes, to get all volunteers placed effectively.
