Security Team Member

The mission of the safety and security team is to provide a safe environment for people to attend church. A member of the security team should be able to solve problems, resolve conflict, track people and gather information from staff, volunteers, and attendees.
We will work with your schedule for volunteering. Needed coverage includes Wednesday night services, Saturday and Sunday services, and/or special events. There are also team trainings.
This position is for you if you are passionate about serving members of the church with a high regard for the importance of safety and security.
Skills for this position include high-level of patience with people, the ability to communicate well, de-escalate situations, and problem solving.
Passing a background check, general inquiry and integrity interview will be needed to serve in this position.
