Timberline Church | Student Weekend: "Here For It" Psalm 71 | Felix & Alex Arellano & Miranda McCasland

Every generation needs people who will remember God's faithfulness and people who will dream about what He might do next. Psalm 71 gives us a picture of faith being passed from one generation to another- those who have walked with God sharing the stories of what He has done so the next generation can step boldly into what He is calling them to do. Student Weekend is a celebration of that calling and a reminder that the Church has an incredible opportunity to invest in a generation that is showing a renewed hunger for Jesus.

Being "Here For It" means more than cheering on the next generation from a distance. It means showing up with prayer, presence, encouragement, and a willingness to become the spiritual mothers and fathers young people are asking for. When one generation faithfully plants seeds of truth and blessing in the next, those seeds take root and grow into a faith that continues to be passed on. Together, we can honor what God has done, recognize what He is doing now, and help the next generation discover the story He wants to write through their lives.
