WHAT KINDS OF ACTIVITIES DO THE PRIMETIMERS OFFER/HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
The Primetimers are an active group! We have potlucks, we travel, write, camp, and enjoy coffee together. For a full list of events and details refer to the "coming up" section above.
Are the Ladies day out events just for single women?
These events are open to all ladies of any marital demographic: single, widowed, or married.
Where can I get information about tours, day trips, and special events?
We send out newsletters every quarter. Sign up for our newsletter here. You can also get information during the weekends by visiting our Senior Adults – Primetimers Mall Table. Information about any of our trips, events, or activities can also be found in our “what’s coming up” section above.
where are the potlucks held?
Potlucks are typically held on the second Thursday of the month, November – April, in the Timberline Church South Auditorium at 11:30 a.m.
Is it necessary to sign up each/every month for the potluck?
Yes, the main course meat entrée is provided by the Primetimers. To help us have enough food and seats, please sign up at our table during weekend services, or RSVP online here.
How do I know what to bring to the potluck?
Designations for side dishes, delegated by the first letter of your last name, either vegetable dish, salad, or dessert, are listed at the top of the sign-up sheet at the mall table each month. It is also published in the quarterly newsletter in the monthly potluck event description. The designations are rotated each month.
Do I have to attend timberline church to attend the potluck?
Nope, you are more than welcome to enjoy the great food and the fellowship of other seniors! You can RSVP here.
